We are one of the largest providers of wheelchair transportation in the US

The Tower Group has been operating dedicated wheelchair accessible vehicles since May 2019. Our drivers are required to maintain a better than 4.65-star rating; currently the average is 4.93.

Our objective is to deliver excellence in overall performance. We will work with our customers to define, determine and track KPI’s to exceed our customers’ and all regulatory requirements.

Tower provides a one-stop shopping for all aspects of the management and communication of the WAV program in our markets.
